How long until my content is delivered?

Creators have a maximum of 7 days to accept a campaign and then a further 7 days to deliver the content.

If a creator reaches any of these 7 day limits with out either accepting or delivering content we will refund you the full amount you paid as well as our 20% final fee. Stripe's payment processing fee however is non-refundable.

What happens if a content creator declines my invitation to a campaign?

Don’t be disheartened if a content creator declines your invitation to a campaign! There are plenty of creators on SoundSmith to work with.

We will refund you the amount spent on the influencer as well as our 20% final fee we charged for the campaign curation. Our payment processing fees however are non-refundable.

What happens once I sign up?

Once you sign up our team will verify your account and you will appear on our marketplace for artists to contact you and work directly with.

How do I know when I get invited to a campaign?

We send automated email and text notifications to you each time you are invited to a campaign or the status of a campaign changes.

How do I get paid?

We use Stripe to pay out creators directly after each campaign. You can connect your Stripe account in your profile.

Does SoundSmith take a percentage of what I earn?

No, we do not take any percentage of what you earn on the platform. Put simply, if you charge $500 a promo, you will be paid $500 for each promo you complete.

Do I have to work exclusively with SoundSmith if I sign up?

No, we believe creators should be able to monetise their feed in anyway they see fit.
